Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, "Platform" refers to the g8888 website, associated pages, services, and technical infrastructure. "User" or "Player" refers to any person who accesses services on the platform with or without a registered account. "Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.

"Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus or other promotional offers provided by g8888. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount before that bonus can be withdrawn.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To participate on the g8888 platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• They are accepting these terms voluntarily and with full mental capacity.
• Their personal information must be accurate and complete.
• They will operate only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. g8888 reserves the right to verify age and may request additional documentation to confirm identity when necessary.

Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one account. All information provided at registration — name, contact details, and financial information — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. g8888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use.

g8888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without stating a reason — particularly where fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the platform is suspected.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

g8888 supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required in some cases for identity verification or security-related reasons.

• The account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit is preferred.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• g8888 may place withdrawals on hold while investigating suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

g8888 offers a welcome bonus for new users: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Additional terms relating to bonuses:

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after a bonus is credited, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the associated wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or suspicious activity will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• g8888 reserves the right to announce the terms of special promotional offers separately.

VIP Program & Weekly Cashback

The g8888 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on the user's activity and participation.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier progression is determined by a user's overall participation and activity. Special conditions may apply to cashback — contact our support team for details.

Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g8888 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or bonus abuse.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform to earn money.

If any of the above activities are detected, g8888 may close the account, confiscate earnings, and take legal action where necessary.

Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on g8888 are governed by specific rules. The individual rules for each game are listed separately on the platform.

Outcomes in sports betting markets are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the rules for settling bets in that market will apply. g8888 reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute regarding sports market outcomes.

If a game or market is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, g8888 may void the relevant bet. Any attempt to take advantage of erroneous odds or payouts will result in the cancellation of the related transaction.

Privacy & Data Protection

g8888 uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to protect your personal information. How your data is collected, used, and stored is described in detail on our Privacy Policy page.

g8888 does not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, information may need to be disclosed in response to legal obligations or security investigations.

Responsible Gaming

• Failure or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Account security breaches caused by unauthorised third parties, where such breaches result from the user's own negligence.
• Direct or indirect financial loss that is outside the platform's reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties may pursue a mutually agreed mediation process. In all g8888 dispute resolutions, the interpretation of this Terms & Conditions document shall be considered final.

Service Changes & Termination

g8888 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any service on the platform at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible in the case of significant service changes.

In cases of rule violations, an account may be closed without prior notice. In such circumstances, any legitimate balance in the account (excluding bonuses) may be returned, though this is at g8888's discretion.

Amendments to Terms

g8888 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be published on the platform and registered users will be notified where reasonably possible.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as your full acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
